Located in Calgary’s Lakeview community, this custom home features a complete exterior package built around James Hardie siding and extensive architectural trim detailing.

Working with Riverview Custom Homes, Rhino Exteriors installed James Hardie lap siding complemented by Hardie shake accents to create visual contrast and architectural character throughout the home. The project also included a comprehensive SmartBoard trim package featuring custom window and door surrounds, decorative gable details, fascia elements, post cladding, and beam accents.

Several custom architectural features were incorporated throughout the design, including curved trim details, decorative gable treatments, custom post wraps, and specialty trim work around key focal points of the home. These details help create depth and distinction while maintaining a cohesive exterior appearance.

The project was completed with aluminum soffit, fascia, eavestrough, and downspout systems designed to provide long-term durability and low-maintenance performance in Alberta’s climate.

The finished result is a highly detailed custom exterior that combines the durability of James Hardie products with carefully executed architectural detailing, creating a timeless appearance that complements the character of Calgary’s Lakeview neighbourhood.
